Slyding Systems

Designated as minimalistic sliding, it is a sliding system with an elegant design that allows building interiorsto be flooded with light. The system is designed to meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. It is commonly used in today’s architecture.

Advantages
• It offers more glass area compared to other sliding systems. (approx. 20%)
• With its concealed sill system, it offers same level application with the floor.
• According to the sash type, clamp section appearance is between 26 mm and 38 mm.
• Sash heights are available up to 350 cm.
• Sash applications are available up to 450 kg.
• For L type sliding joineries, solutions are offered without a fixes corner profile.

CONFORT 125

Slyding Systems

Confort 125 is a sliding system that can be applied in both simple sliding and lift-sliding. The system is available in a 1, 2, 3 and 4 rail version, so an 8-leaf sliding door is perfectly feasible. With a maximum vent weight of 240 kg for the sliding and 300 kg for the lift-sliding version, large glazed areas are easily attainable.

Hidden sill and same-level with floor applications are available. Itprovides high energy saving thanks to its thermal conductivity values.

Vents cannot be lifted and opened from outside.

PERFORMANCE LUMINENT

Slyding Systems

Performance Luminent is a minimalist sliding system with a concealed opening sash.
Concealed opening sash is a totally new concept that differs from traditional sliding systems for creating new sash-frame combinations.

Joineries are available up to 250 kg per leaf. Concealed sill system can be applied to all its configurations.

A special sill system is also available for the handicapped.

Motorized opening application is available.

PLAISANCE 24

Slyding Systems

Plaisance 24 is noninsulated sliding system forwindows and doors. Available as one-, two-, three and four rail solution.

Suitable for glass of up to 24 mm. Stainless steel bottom rollers can take up to 200 kg for each vent. The gutter detail allows the internal floor finish to beflush with the frame and avoids thresholds.

Reinforced profiles make it possible to constructsliding doors up to 2,5 m.

Provides higher security with its anti-lift design and multi-point locking features.

NRGY 62

Facade Systems

Innovative sustainable façade system with 62 mm sight line that is designed on the basis of “Passive House” concept. High insulation values thanks to its high thermal insulation.

Large glass applications can be accommodated thanks to its high static values.

With its mechanic ventilation, ventilation can be performed without opening the vents.

It is suitable even for very cold climates with the accommodation of triple glazed units.

It is a façade system in compliance with the values of ecological certificate programmes such as LEED and BREAM.

ELEGANCE 85

Facade Systems

Elegance 85 is a new generation façade solution for changing architectural trends, that offers a concealed opening vent profile.

Opening vent and fixed parts have the same appearance from inside as well as outside.

Joint appearance is 15 mm horizontally and vertically.

Suitable for glazing application of 24 mm to 40 mm.

With its enhanced seal structure, it offers high acoustic and thermal performance values.

It can be used with other façade elements of Sapa.

ELEGANCE 72

Facade Systems

Elegance 72 is a unitised curtain walling system offering the advantages of manufacturing in the workshop and performing fast and modular application on site. The system allows high quality and controlled manufacturing of all modules in the workshop. By this way, on site errors are avoided.

Glass installation is performed in the workshop. Offers fast production.

Quality control is easy. Thus, there is no manufacturing errors. It has high performance values. Apparent width of the modules is 72mm. Widths of horizontal glazing bars in the module are 52 mm or 72 mm.

Different horizontal and vertical combinations can be created via various options of decorative tops (angular, round, aerofoil etc.).

Facade Systems

Elegance 52 is a façade system satisfying modern building design,building requirements and technology perspective. All of its versions have the appearance of thin design with a width of 52 mm.

All static values are met with various dimensions of horizontal and vertical carriers.

The applications are available as covered, half covered, silicone and ekovech curtain walling.
Façade appearance may be diversified by using various cover dimensions and models.

Applications of horizontal and vertical carriers are available as same-level or with elevation difference.Concealed vent application is also available. Opening vent and fixed windows have the same appearance.Thanks to its water drainage system, it provides water tightness even in the most challenging climate conditions. Avantis 95 is the window and door system that offers the highest thermal insulation in aluminium door and window systems.

Its profile depth is 95 mm.

Thermal conductivity coefficient is 0,80 Pm2/K. It is a suitable frame series fro Passive House certificate.

It can accommodate vent weights up to 170 kg.Offers triple glazing up to 77 mm.

Provides standard burglar resistance to level RC 2 with multipoint locks.

THERMO 74

Security Systems

Security joinery series manufactured for fire resistance.

It provides fire resistance for 60 minutes in fixed joineries, 30 minutes in opening doors and windows.

Fire resistance duration is in compliance with European norms.

Phile the system ensures the integrity of the joinery, it also does not allow the heat to transfer to the other side.

A92 BR

Security Systems

A92 BR is a bullet resistant joinery system for fixed frames and inward or outward opening vents.

It is the only system that is compliant with the EN 1522 and EN 1523 norms revised in 2009.
The system is proven successful at the firing tests which included both direct bullet impact (90 degree) and angled shots.

POWERFRAME

Security Systems

A blast-resistant system for doors, windows and curtain wall applications tested according to ISO/DIS 16933 standards. Used with special blast resistant laminated glazings, the system provides maximum protection for buildings against outside attacks.

In a test performed with an explosive equivalent to 100 kg TNT from 20 metres distance, a Powerframe curtain wall module of 2480 mm X 3380 mm successfully passed the test.
